In addition, custom made in-the-ear monitors are available to musicians and custom fit earpieces for hands-free cellular phone operation are available. Popular custom-made swim molds are available for both children and adults who enjoy swimming.
Meet Our Team
Tom Moore, M.A. | Audiologist
Tom is passionate about keeping his patients plugged in both socially and emotionally. He treats each patient with care and compassion, with a goal of understanding each patient’s individual needs.
Tom grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from UNL with a Master’s degree In Audiology. His comprehension of what an impact hearing loss has on a person’s social life guides him on his path to help all patients.
Outside of work, Tom fills his days traveling with his wife Mary to visit their four children and seven grandchildren, hiking in Nebraska and the Rockies, reading and writing. He also enjoys volunteering through his church and public speaking with Toastmasters.
HIS GOAL: to help grandparents hear their grandchildren, to help spouses communicate without strife, to help friends relate effortlessly, and to diminish difficulties in communication caused by hearing loss.
T. Lee Oreskovich, BC-HIS | Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Lee is dedicated to keeping his patients hearing as well as possible with their present instruments as well as keeping them informed of any new technology that might make further improvements to their hearing. Lee believes in the importance of taking the time to listen to his patients. He creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and his patients can make decisions about their hearing needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Along with his formal education at the Hasting College, his knowledge in hearing improvement has helped a wide range of patients, including patients who have mild hearing losses to those with severe to profound hearing loss.
Lee works in our Omaha & Lincoln Offices. He has made his home in the Cornhusker State for the last 20 years. “Helping people gain the confidence that comes along with hearing well is a passion of mine!” When not in the office Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as exercising and reading. Lee spends several weeks a year at the manufacturers receiving education on the latest advancements in the field of Audiology.
Bryson Twist, BC-HIS | Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Bryson is dedicated to building long lasting relationships with his patients. Bryson strives to create an environment where open and honest communication takes place and his patients can make decisions about their hearing needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Along with his formal education at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, his knowledge in hearing and hearing aid technology has helped him have success with a range of patients from all different ages and hearing losses.
Bryson works in our Omaha & Lincoln NE. offices. He has made his home in the Cornhusker State for the last 30 years. “Improving the quality of life of the hearing impaired is a passion of mine!” When not in the office, Bryson enjoys participating in coaching youth football and basketball, spending time with his wife and children. Bryson has spoken at numerous health fairs as well as presentations dedicated to better hearing advocacy.
Sonja Morris | Patient Care Coordinator
Sonja is the Patient Care Coordinator for the practice. Sonja has worked in office and management positions since her education at the University of Phoenix. She is proud of the Specialists, and state-of-the-art care provided here at Custom Hearing Solutions. Personal attention and genuine concern for patients is her priority.
Sonja and her husband John have two sons Davin and Jantz, one step-son Izayah and take care of their 15 year old niece Kayla. Sonja served in the United States Army Reserves for 5 years and spent one year in Log Base Seitz, Iraq. When Sonja is not working she enjoys DIY projects and running outdoors. “I really enjoy giving new life to rustic & vintage items”
We will provide you with a thorough state-of-the-art hearing evaluation. We will identify the nature and extent of your hearing loss and the degree to which it interferes with your ability to understand speech.
If the test results suggest a possible medical problem we will refer you to your physician with copies of your evaluations.
If your hearing loss can be helped with hearing aids, we will discuss the different types available and help you choose the best hearing aids for your specific needs and lifestyle.
We will take custom impressions of your ears. This will form the mold for your custom designed hearing aids.
Your custom designed hearing aids will be ready in 1 week. After you receive them, we will schedule you for a series of follow-up-visits. These appointments are important to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with hearing aid use.
